lcd screen minor epilepsy attack

I recently changed the lcd to my mega. Works fine except for now its a little twitchy. For example, when scrolling up or down then hold your finger at a stop while still touching the screen, it twitches. It kinda rapidly moves back and forth as if the screen had a miniture epilepsy atack. Anyone know how to calibrate or what not?
