You don't need usb debugging to save your phone. Follow the instructions and you will do it
And no you don't need CM to use custom kernels, just a custom recovery to flash them and an version of the kernel compatible with your version of Android.
Search aboit how to insta adb on your PC and how to "sideload" zips in it. Then sideload the CM zip. Or search who to use fastboot and use it to flash the google factory image on your phone.

Thank you guys, I did it! I fixed it with the soft bricked option, thank you guys!
Also, do you guys know how to get a custom recovery? I try to go into recovery mode from the fastboot menu but it comes up with the red triangle on top of the android? I really want to install TWRP or CWM to install a custom kernel, please help?
