[Q] No /proc/config.gz file
I'm trying to perform a memory (RAM) acquisition for my S2 (for a uni project), but in order to do that I need the /proc/config.gz file.
I search the web and from the results I realise that a specific option had to be enabled on the kernel in order for the config file to exist.
Currently I am root, and I need to stay rooted for the acquisition, using PhilZ kernels from here
I have the last version 03.06.2013 - PhilZ-cwm6 v5.06.1 with CWM 184.108.40.206 based recovery
Is there any chance I can enable that config option and still be rooted? Maybe by just flashing another kernel? Or someone can provide my with a config file from his device (S2 on 4.1.2)?
I am on Stock 4.1.2.
