Alright folks, here is the 4.4.2 Kitkat OTA for C Spire Wireless. It can only be flashed with the Stock Recovery on a Stock ROM.

Requirements:

YOU MUST be on a Stock C Spire Sense ROM, either 4.2.1 or 4.3.

YOU MUST have a stock recovery, custom recoveries such as TWRP or CWM will not work.

Your phone should be completely un-rooted. To un-root your device, open the SuperSU app and navigate to settings and choose un-root.

Flashing instructions:

Boot your phone into Bootloader and then choose Recovery.

While in recovery, you should see a black background with a red triangle and an exclamation point in the center.

While in recovery, hold down the volume up button and power button.

When the menu options pop up, click apply from phone storage.

Choose the OTA file and flash.

I also have a STOCK UNROOTED TWRP BACKUP if anyone would just rather restore this than fool with flashing the OTA.
