Smart Keyboard
I recommend Smart Keyboard. It looks very similar to stock, but is much more powerful, handles several languages very well, supports shortcuts (e.g. an acronym that you can expand to your email address or whatever else you're tired of typing), has arrow keys (two clicks away). The only thing missing is Swype-like input, but I don't miss it much.
