Default not receving notifications
So I'm not getting notifications from snap chat Facebook messenger and so on. Like I go into the app and I have had a message for like an hour and I got no notification for it. I have tried paranoid 3.0 nexus evolution and I'm currently using aokp mr1 build 3 and they have all had this issue is there a fix or something for this

think it might just be bugs in the rom you flashed, try clean install

I do a factory reset with each flash
