After updating to 4.4 and rooting, I seem to be missing the mobile data notification toggle. Is this normal for kitkat? If not, how can I get the toggle back? Thanks!

If I remember correctly, it's normal for TouchWiz. Until someone adds it back properly, you can use Notification Toggle to add it back.
