Its bouncing around cause its using as it needs...when you set it to Max it will always run at 1.2 which will increase speed and performance but will drain your battery faster.

This is a good thing, and it's supposed to be this way. If there is nothing utilizing the CPU, it will scale down and reduce clock speed (and thus power drain).

call me crazy but i'm waiting on someone to get touchwiz working on ics as we see on the galaxy s2. I tried tw launcher but force close right off the bat
Not sure what APN you have listed. Mine had 2. ATT and LTE. I opened up the second one and changed pna to phone, saved and selected that one. Rebooted phone and can send and recieve no problems.
I did the exact same, mms works perfect now. The end.

Hey all.
I have been running CM9 on my infuse for a bit now. The only real issue I am having at the moment are my APN settings. I have tried everything under the sun and I have only been able to send 1 small file vis MMA. It was only about 20k. Tried again afterward with no changes and zip. Nada. Nothing. It just sits there in a sending status.
I have been through this thread and many others looking for APN settings. The onyl thing I have not tried is the apns.conf.xml file that is refered to in this thread, but it does not seem to be available anymore. I get a 404 error.
If there is anyone with any more suggestions, I would be very appreciative.

It matches the number under my battery as well. I have reflashed the made a change to the ATT LTE apn as on an above post. I have tried to send an MMS message 3 times. The first two took. Not sure what is up.
Well when i first flashed Jb I lost my imei and couldn't use MMS. Went back to stock to get it back. Go to About phone and see if imei is there

Yes, I do have my imei. As as i said, i did do a reflash, and i am having better luck with the MMS. Thanks for the reply.

Helpful Hints:
1. If you hold the home button the apps from the "recent" menu appear, Swipe to remove them from the recently opened menu. You have to go to your manage apps to kill any running ones in the background, Or go to settings/Developer options and scroll to the bottom and tick Kill app back button. Thanks: Demonic240
2. How to quickly Unistall Apps, Press and hold the Icon of the app you wish to Unistall, drag the Icon to the top left of the screen and hover over the cancel button for 1 second till the Unistall button shows.

Delete user name and password, change mms proxy to 66.209.11.32. Change apn type to say default,supl,mms Menu>save> reboot. This should allow mms and most likely fix issues. I highly suggest everyone try this. It has helped a lot of people having apn issues. I have screenshots posted in the q&a section.
