will this work with gummy 4.0.3?

anyone know what the highest speed is that this device will tolerate safely ?

is it also possible to undervolt ? (most likely, not but I figured I'd ask)

I am not sure whether it will work or not however you can try!
the max currently droid razr and razr can hold is 1.35 ghz but sometimes 1.375ghz if your governor can support it otherwise 1.375 ghz causes bootloop!
yes you can undervolt also use the quickclock advanced app to change the voltages or when you download the script along the frequency coltage will be written on which it will run like 62 you can edit that and then overclock!

However Razr maxx can be overclocked to 8ghz (x2)!

Uh, phone froze on boot into OS when set at 1375Mhz and 1350Mhz, didnt try anything lower. Couldn't even get into script manager to disable it before it locked, but if I plugged the USB in it would mount the sd points before smanager could run the script. Sux, I wanna run this thing at 1.5!!! How am I supposed to run Hi10 in SW mode properly :)

Yea, 1350MHZ did not work for me. Just froze a couple of times and rebooted.

I do know by reading the TI website that our TI OMAP processor is a 1ghz dual core, so based on that we are already over clocked 200 MHz. The GNEX has a 4460 which is actually a 1.5 GHz dual core is actually Under clocked. Ours BTW is a 4430. Just my findings. So it probably won't overclock too much more than 1300 safely. Some rare phones may do better, because all hardware is slightly different.

Saw someone overclock to 4GHZ on the Droid Razr forums

Ask us any Android Related Question @FeraLabsDevs on Twitter or @HowToMen

Is it possible to overclock the PowerVR SGX540 GPU inside? 1.2GHz is plenty of power because like most said here it's already overclocked from 1GHz but I would like to see it overclocked to OMAP 4460 384MHz speed from standard 304MHz

Yeah it's possible. Use
echo 256000000 > /proc/overclock/gpu_opps
Or whatever speed you want your GPU to run at. Although I've noticed that any change in the gpu from the default causes AnTuTu's 2d/3d benchmark to drop.

Proof? Otherwise troll. I really don't think there has ever been a cpu in a pc, let alone a phone that would do a 300% overclock. That's pretty ridiculous.

Search for liquid nitrogen cooled overclock!!!!

Freeze a chip and alot is possible when u dont have that resistance/heat messing everything up

Better code..easier load!!!

Overclock is a easy but short term fix unless u can keep it cooler than stock

No, I have seen nitrogen setups and they still don't go 400% overclock brah. And if someone has that going on a phone, let me see him put it in his pocket, then I'll be impressed.

Yeah it is possible. Unlocked boot loader is needed for custom kernel that supports GPU over clock though. People do it all the time on GNexus. I once oc'd mine from the stock to 512mhz :)

Now overclock on motorola razr/droid razr/razr maxx is possible. All the three devices have the common method to overclock!
Here is how you do it:-
    1. Download script manager (VIA Android Market Its Free)
    2. Download Overclock zip on computer move to root of ext-sdcard on phone
    3. Download your desired overclockprofile (You want the overclockprofiles to be on your internal sdcard not ext)
    4. Flash OverClock Zip in recovery no need to wipe anything5. Go into script manager scroll down to the overclockscript you want to use select it
5.A pop box will appear from where you have select "SU" then select "BOOT"and top right hit save then reboot your phone
    6.. Enjoy!!!!
Optional Use quickclock advanced to overclock you device ( If your going to download and install quick clock please do not open it until you have done all the other steps it will make thing more difficult )

A huge thanks to OPPtimizer Project for the OVERCLOCK http://code.google.com/p/opptimizer/

OverClock Script: (right click the link and select save file as txt)
