Somehow the application can't write the boot1.img, or, the boot1.img is an old kernel from your previous jb primary rom.
You need to flash a cm9 kernel using recovery.
You may also use terminal emulator to flash the actual boot1.img to see if is correct or is an old one.
You must type this commands:
Before, you must be sure that you have a kernel for primary rom that can be flashing in recovery in case your device will not boot.
# dd if=/sdcard/DualBoot/boot1.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p8
