JSS kernels are not compatible with JWR versions so you have to flash a JWR kernel.(Franco for an example)
If you flash JSS kernel on a JWR ROM you might face many problems like scree tearing etc.
So if you are rooted, flash any rom
1)JSS or JSS-Q(latest) use JSS kernel
2)JWR ROM flash a JWR based kernel.
