how to remove Clockwork recovery mod

I have ssamsung galaxy fit s5670 and i installed CW mod.how to remove it and restore my phone to original one?? my phone is getting hanged a lot and recently i am not able to use the phone if my SD card is inserted.So i feel Clockwork mod is the problem.How to remove it and restore everything to fresh and original??

CWM is not the problem. The problem is a rom you installed.
EDIT: Anyway, if you didn`t installed/flashed any new rom, CWM shouldn`t be the problem. Maybe delete all apps.

yes actually i tried installing cynogen mod and everything got messed up.during that time i installed CW also.
so how to restore everything normal???
