HTC One S -> MS Exchange Policies -> Damaged Phone Storage
Hey all, wondering if anybody has any ideas.
G/F has an HTC One S and asked me to set up her work email for her with their approval. They sent me server info, etc so no big deal.
Get the usual popup about exchange security credentials, they're a little heavy handed encrypting the SD card and requiring PIN but pressed OK.
Went back to email, nothing downloaded and says need to update password that I know is correct. Thought, interesting, I'll just re-add the account. Removed it, removed the admin, cleared credentials and reboot.
On reboot it asks for lock screen pin. Go in, can't remove that. Now just focused on getting back to beginning. Re-add and remove account, can't get lock screen off. On next reboot I'm greeted with "Damaged phone storage..."
Wondering if this is encryption? Or did it kill the SD cards? Best practices or anything at all that I can do to try and recover pics before wiping?
