Ok, I am in michigan, and went to the best buy in madison hts. I got the $199 upgrade and the phone was supposed to be shipped yesterday (thursday) and I was supposed to get it today (friday.) No phone yet and it is 6:45pm here. I never got a tracking number or anything. I called best buy and they said I am the 5th person who has called saying the same thing and they have absolutely no answer for me yet and said you will get the phone when you get it. I am wondering if anyone else has had this same problem in their respective areas when doing the $199 upgrade. Looking forward to hearing from you guys.
