i subscribe to that. of course, if you put "a lot" of pressure on an LCD screen, it ripples. but it would do that on any point of the screen in the same way - not only on the edges.

i've had an SH24 and it rippeld a lot if it would just tip it on the side of the screen. my new SH26 does it too, but i need to put a little more pressure on the rim and the effect is way less than on the SH24.

Furthermore, my Galxy Note didn't ripple at all. But i have to admit that i didn't try to cause it.
