Does the Marvell PXA986 chip used by the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T210) include a hardware watchdog timer? I don't see a /dev/watchdog device on a rooted tablet, but I am not sure if that just means the device has not been created, or the necessary driver module is not loaded, or there really is no hardware.
