Help plz... Camera problem.

It doesn't matter what ROM I put on this phone, GB, ICS, JB, the camera always FC's.. Is there camera software hiding somewhere that doesn't get overwritten when installing a new ROM or something?

I've been living without a camera for a long time now and its not good

The only time the cam did work was ages ago when the phone was on GB, and it stopped working when I did a factory reset.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Did try to flash stock ROM via odin?

Not yet actually, I will do though if you think it would make a difference. So are you saying that there are system files left untouched somewhere when you flash a new ROM?

So flash jw4, say? 512pit, repartition unchecked I take it? Never flashed to stock, plenty of custom ROMs tho

So I just flashed back to jw4, repartition ticked lol, all went fine, but still only front camera working...

Lost my imei as well going back to my backup, no service eek, but luckily had that backed up on my microsd. Phew lol

Edit: and by the way, gingerbread looks HORRIBLE when uv been looking at a nice inverted everything jellybean OS....
