Hello,
I use thebattery of another Desire, in 2 hours the battery is empty !
The phone doesn't reboot, but still hot.

Can you check with BetterBatteryStats and look at battery consumption? Also, what do you use your phone for mostly? It'd be useful to know what frequencies you are running it on.
