I think its because you didn't unlock your phone's bootloader?

Donīt you need to be rooted tho? All the guides Iīve seen are for rooted phones

Idk the steps for unlocking a phone under 1.85, but I'm sure you will need to know how to set up and use adb. Take your time. Don't rush
