Google Keyboard bug or Dolphin bug?

This problem has been a huge nuisance. When typing in Dolphin browser with Google keyboard I get double first letters randomly on words or it does not space words properly.

I've had the exact same thing happen with SwiftKey on certain websites on Chrome. Usually if I switched to a desktop emulation it fixed it.
