How long do you have to wait for the black screen with Samsung to pass in the first boot?I am waiting for 10 min and nothing changes.Is it normal?

It shouldn't be that long. After a few seconds Samsung screen you should see Omega Bootanimation which can last for about 1-2 minutes. That's how it should be. Try wiping again and flash ROM again.
