4.4.4 update problem

I just saw that 4.4.4 is rolling out for the gpe Moto g which i have. information i was reading states that i have to be on I have to be on KTU84P and it will update to KOT49H. My phone states that im on KOT49H but my android version shows 4.4.2. any ideas why that is ?

That's because KTU84P is the 4.4.4 update.

yeah the site i got the info from was horribly inaccurate. im still on 4.4.2. im on KOT49H. any way to force the update without sideloading it ?
