[Q] How to install a rom in non os s advance

Hi,
I accidently wipe my internal and external memory.
Now there is no os in my s advance.
I need to install jb or kitkat rom.
I have twrp recovery in my phone.
Please help me...

Remove lines in updater-script: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2302599

Or flash stock JB from Odin.

just flash stock rom via odin or previous rom via cmw
