[Q] nokia lumia 710 -dload driver

Dear sir ,
I have nokia lmia 710.But now these days i have a problem with my phone.That is my phone does not lock manually when i tried to press the button.So i tried the volume + and connected to the my laptop win 8 .It shows nokia dload does not have a driver .What can i do now???
I cnt even update the driver .What can i do now please tell me............

Install Nokia pc suite and try to update/reinstall firmware
