[Q] How to fix null IMEI for Samsung Ativ S T899M

I bought Samsung Ativ S T899M (unlocked) phone from kijiji but later when I check I saw its IMEI number is blank.

Can any one able to help me to fix this issue.

If any one able to provide step by step guide how to fix this. I really appreciate it.

Did it come blank or did you somewhat make it black (e.g. Flashing your phone)?

Like as I mentioned I bought from Kjijiji so I'm not sure who did this and how did this. My issue is I don't want to sell this in this condition so trying to search some solution.
