[Q] problem with usb debugging on htc one v

I root my phone few months back and now i installed htc dumlock in the recovery, I lost the OS and then it asked "OS not found,DO YOU WANT TO REBOOT?" and i clicked yes . Now when i switch on my phone it doesnt display anything except the htc logo startup screen !! PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS .

install cwm from fastboot then download any rom then flash the rom and flash it's kernel (boot.img)
then reboot hope this work with you
