I wanted to install an OtterX ROM,i've completed all of the steps in the Hashcode's manual, and I can't push the ROM to my Kindle through ADB.
there's a error "device not found" in the console.
How can I fix it?

ADB can't recognise Kindle.
"List of devices attached" - clear.
Problem with drivers,maybe?
There are no Android drivers at all,on this PC.

first shot - what does Kindle seems when booted into recovery :"Amazon OtterX"
second - fastboot, "Kindle"
It says that there are no drivers for both.

1. Open the charm bar and go into Settings and at the bottom click on Change PC Settings.

2. Go to the General tab and at the very bottom click on ‘Restart now’ under the Advanced startup.

3. Choose the Troubleshoot option followed by Advanced options.

4. Choose Startup settings then on next screen click on ‘restart’.

Windows 8 will now reboot and you can go ahead and install the Kindle ADB drivers

Latest boot loader 2.05, latest recovery 2.7.1 just need to adb push ROM. I was on 2.7.0.1 recovery should have left it on that before flashing latest recovery. Since I was able to access sdcard than.

If you get a device

Sorry forgot to mention earlier that in fastboot mode windows says device malfunctions.

I got the driver a long time ago device didn't work with it so I uninstalled reinstalled the driver from the same link you provided a while back and it still don't work.
