Anything with a a Snapdragon 800 or better will (unless anyone goes out of their way to not gimp it) support global LTE.

Metro pcs GSM networks are t-mobile so yes.

That phone company Blu released a new phone with an 800 series snapdragon and without LTE. Wtf were they thinking?!
