I know it's probably been talked about a lot, but I've spent literally all day, Googling and searching through different threads -- they all say the same vaige bs as the next.
Facts:
Nexus S -- 2.3.4
Mac OS X 10.7
I want to unlock my bootloader and root the phone.
Problems:
I downloaded the SDK, installed it(at least I think I did, see? VAIGE instructions), put the phone in debugging mode, turned it off, booted into the bootloader(black screen with giant android), then opened terminal and type fastboot devices -- nothing shows up, cannot find, doesn't exist.
This is what I get -- -bash: fastboot: command not found
I'm not here to waste time, I'm sure it's a simple thing I'm missing.
