I just got my x the other day unlocked it and rooted it. My question is on my old RAZR HD I was able to modify my snd_soc_msm file to increase my speaker volume. I tried this on my moto x and everything saved. I changed permissions. but it does not increase the volume at all. Is there something I'm missing?
