Best app i have is XBMC player..its totally the same like windows version which is by far best media player for pc.
I thing everyone who have PC should have this app because you can play on tablet all your movies,music,pictures that you have on PC in beautiful way..and this amassing app is FREE and you can find it on XDA site here ( there is nou on play store)

Solid Explorer is a great file explorer that is optimized for tablets.

I just tried X-plore after using Solid Explorer for a while. I like button and bookmark access, and speed better. Well laid out for tablet. Much smaller file size too.

I made this long list: http://goo.gl/4GFp2 of ICS and ICS+Tablet Optimized apps
For ICS I mean that are following android design guidelines. There a few not 100% ICS but still looks good.

Black or Blue = ICS Optimized
Red = ICS+Tablet Optimized
Underline = linked to play store
