You can't fix it. Sometimes you can be lucky and take the battery out and submerge the whole thing in a bag of rice for 48 hours minimum. However, water corrosion is very damaging so you would be lucky.
One thing not to do is apply heat such as hairdrier, sun etc. This just turns water into steam which travels and damages further.
Claim insurance or buy a new phone
