when i read the news about gtasks on xda, i thought my google task problem would be finaly solved. but sadly it is not completely. what i want is to sync google tasks by hitting the android sync button manually (not autosync). until now that wasn't possible due to a lack of integration of google task api. now with gtasks i am able to sync task wich i created on my cellphone to the server. great! but the syncronisation doesn't work vice versa. after creating a task in my calender web interface and hitting the sync button. the task won't show up on my device. first when i create another task on the device and then sync, the task, which hasn't been synced from the server shows up. in short, what i wan't is syncing tasks like events, manually in both ways. are u getting what i mean?
is there a way to do this? thanks in advance. btw. i set gtasks to manual sync.

How does one sync multiple gmail accounts? Currently, I only have the option to choose one of my accounts. Hate having to switch between the two.

First of all the app is great, totally replaced Astrid for me

I also suggest a bigger and scrollable widget

Want to buy the key for removing ads but i would like to inform you about some bugs i think i found

  • Sometimes it fails to move a task from one list to another
  • Aparently the widget cause some troubles on my DesireZ when I open or close the phisical keyboard. My phone even reboots sometimes, removing the widget solves the problem.

Im using Virtuous ROM 1.0.1 on my Desire Z (HTC Vision)

Thanks again for a great app and keep up the good work

Looking for a quick answer - hopefully...

I've been setting up various Android devices for my bosses and they love Gtasks (as do I - we have 3 paid licenses) but since one of them updated their Droid X, the notifications haven't been combining correctly on the notification bar. Now they get a separate notification for each event - rather than the old single icon with 4 or whatever.

Any idea if there is a simple setting to get this back?

Thanks and GREAT program!

Sorry that I search for this old thread, but I got question and problem - I have GTasks on both my devices, phone and tablet, and when I add a task on my phone I don't see it on tablet. It doesn't sync between devices. Internet is on, GTasks set to auto and synchronisation is on.

I don't know if anybody still reading this, but maybe...

I have some prblems in Lollipop with Gtasks- there is no notification of remaining task. Initialy I thought there's some Privacy Guard related problem, but even with PG disabled for the app, it still does not show a notification.

I'm on 2.2.20 version.

Tried to use, but it's crashing stably on Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8013, Android 4.1.2) when trying to switch scheduling (one-time event)

I like this app and use it for quite a time now..
It´s a good thing lot of colors are in drawable.xml´s and not as png´s :)

    problem:
    - apps layout (colors) is hardcoded in layout folder, which is not accessible through t-mo theme engine.

Could you redirect the colors, like you did with the widgets to drawable.xml´s, so one could theme it too :)

There is a free version ...

Was that the stipulation? Ok, my bad, nevermind. Free version is ad-supported, so I wasn't sure. It just said "Do not post press releases, announcements, links to trial software, or commercial services. unless you’re posting an exclusive release for XDA-Developers.com."

In any case, the app is great, and I sent links to it to people I know with android phones a week or so ago when I discovered it. I wish more apps would do data/account syncing correctly like this one does - I hate the apps that just send you to a webpage or make you enter a name and password.
