Should I wipe the Tombstone and Firmware partitions?

No. Only /system /data (only when install instruction require full wipe) and /cache.
Sometimes when flashing Android 4.3 over 4.1.2, wiping INTERNAL SD may be required - consult the thread as it must be stated there.
