That stinks. It wasnt out of stock when i put in cart. Went to get wallet out of bedroom and boom. Who else has pre order
Guys i am scanning each site every 5 minutes for changes (how i found newegg order)

Happened to me too.had one in my cart at Newegg while it was still in stock, then during checkout I signed up at Shoprunner to get free 2-day shipping. When I completed that page, it redirected me to an empty cart and said the item is now deactivated

I had one ordered... but then canceled it because I knew I really wanted the 32gb version.. I couldnt decide to jump at it or just wait.. Now I dont have a choice. lol

rush shipping generally only helps if you order in the morning. if you order at night it will almost definitely ship the next day.
edit: atleast they should refund you if it doesnt ship sooner
really want to get a 32... but i dont want to have to wait another month... do we know about how long till they start selling 32s?

Here's how you can check stock at your local walmart. This is apparently some beta thing. I checked NY and LA stores and came up with nothing. but it's worth a shot. I did try it with some known stocked items and it seems to have worked.
Directions:
