Should be the same kernels but try flashing whichever kernel you last successfully used with nameless just to be sure.

Cache needs to be cleared immediately after flashing the kernel, did you just reflash as well?

Are you selecting any tweaks in aroma when you install the ROM? One or more of the tweaks in there was causing reboots for me so I stopped using all but the swap script.
