Changing camera window on wt19

Recently i updated my wt19 on ICS, however i realized that my picture quality is way poor as before (its foggy blured) , than i tought that was to the software, than i downgraded on .58 and the picture quality is the same : ****
So i look 4 answer and i found it here :

its the out camera lens ( window camera) its scrached or polluted , or a damage in the lens coating or the like...

so i found the answer in spare part :

now the problem is where to get it couse iam from croatia and that firm does not ship to croatia... (out EU)...

Did anyone else have the problem with picture quality on live with walkman ?

I too had upgraded to ICS and facing the same problem but I dont know what to do for it..
