Rooted M8 failed upgrade problem

Hi there i was reading many topics at the forum and saw very good man typing for ppl here.first thx for helping me to solve my problem.
My problem is my HTC M8 was rooted one yesterday my daughter touched the screen which is about upgrade bla bla than now my phone stuck on HTC screen . i was tried many things via bootloader and recovery but nothing changed and i tried to get factory settings nothing changed again.

I saw some people talking about cid (i dunno really what this is) when i starts toolkit and command getvar all
The screen comes like

Ectually i need a guide at this situation i dont have enough knowledge about android phones. Any one can help me pls?

First please DO NOT POST YOUR IMEI NO WHILE GETTING FASTBOOT COMMANDS!
Ok so for your information since you are rooted means you have a custom recovery.If you have stock backup try to restore it.Otherwise try to download stock odexed rom and flash it via recovery.You can find the system dump in development section.
