I get Input file 'PPC_USA.BIN.payload' has no valid boot sector! Aborting.

How can I extract image from my ROM emulator ?

Tadzio (or anyone) I'm a noob I have read all (alot of reading but worth it all) and would like to know should this be loaded to the device and then set up? cause I do not want a new rom, just more memory so it will work faster.

this is cooking tool. you would use it in your kitchen for creating your own rom. along with allot of other tools.
Clean out your windows\startup folder to get more mem or use mem maid or other memory cleaners

Wow- joshkoss, thanks for the quickness! I guess there's no cab available. I haven't had the time (military) to read & figure out adding a rom yet. any estimates on how long it takes?

nevermind this one. I will read and do. :eek:

How to use the old version with WM5 emu files

Hi everybody,

I would like to compare packages availables in WM5 & WM6.x emulators

Because the old version still have the "emu" option and because the comment of the next version is "didn't work with WM6", I supposed I can use the old "Img FS tools version 2.0 RC2" to extract data from WM5.

Unfortunatly, the WM5 ROM I downloaded from the MS site is not accepted by the tool. Comparated to WM6 ROMs, its size is very small (~23MB vs ~95MB).

Do someone has an explanation about this size difference ?
Do someone successfully extract data from an MS emu ROM ? How ?

    Hi all. :)

    Thank you tadzio for your utils.
    To provide more usability i make the UI for yours utils.

    UI available in RUS and ENG versions.
    And temporarily for Hermes and Prophet(in testing) only
