thanks
Alex

No prob :)
this should work for the Aria;
Short answer - through recovery. Long answer below.

1 - root phone
2 - download and install Rom Manager from the market
3 - download the fontpack you like and throw it on the sdcard somewhere
4 - in Rom Manager, select Install Rom From SD Card
5 - Navigate to the fontpack and select it
6 - When asked, backup if you haven't recently, and don't wipe anything
7 - Press OK to Reboot And Install

hello, i'm using FontPack-Comfortaa.1.003 and unfortunetly something I don't like happened... In app menu some letters don't appear and in some other spots too... anyones knoes why?

Other thing, kind of important but not big deal.... When I flash this package my contact list disappears and i needed to reload them again, with that i lost 3 or 4 numbers that i hasn't yet synchronize...

I get this also and i've tried a few of the fonts now and they all seem to do it, running a ZTE blade by the way

If I had to guess, I'd say that the blade doesn't use the standard ellipsis character when text is cut off, and uses something unusual instead. Either that, or it adds a special character after the standard ellipsis. Sorry guys.

I'm curious, would you mind posting that same screenshot with the default font? That might give us a clue.

I was made some experiments and I finnaly got something good, but there it is as U wish xD

1º it's Ubuntu10.10 - again the strange dots.

2º DroidSans, the stock font - work good as should be.

3º Normal Ubuntu, again the same error!

4º Normal Comfortaa, curious this letter don0t give any kind of error, at least for now, it will be my letter for now on 'cause it's not to big and works fine!

PS: I used DejaVu and SansationLight - DejaVu gives the error, SansationLight don't give any error, it's very beatiful too, but unfortunately it's too big for my small screen and messes with my layout!

Hi,

If anyone needs all the fonts mentioned in posts 1 and 2 put into a single zip file, let me know. I don't know if i can post the link here without the approval of the thread owner.

You can also point out other fonts that i can add to this mega font zip file.

Cheers

Update - Here is the link to the zip file containing all the fonts.

Thanks fachadick for keeping this thread updated!

I've just tried Storopia on my Samsung Epic 4G, and it rocks.
Again, surprised to see that Storopia didn't earn any star from you :D

So far, my 2 best fonts in terms of readability and professional-look are "Aller" and "Storopia".

You're right about aller, still need to put some stars on that one, but I just don't care for steropia. If you like the blocky look, try zekton or orbitron. For a real underated usable font though, take a look at Decker. :)
