Galaxy S3 Vs Galaxy S2 Plus
The prices for the phones are;
$326 USD for the Galaxy S2 Plus
$489 USD for the Galaxy S3
So, what should I buy? I don't know much about how big the hardware difference is, but compared to the prices, which one should I buy? I'm not rich or anything. Last time I bought an phone, it was a Galaxy Y a year ago, and only because it was cheap. So, either of these phones would be a big plus. I'm thinking of keeping the phones for a long time. Maybe a little over 1.5 years. Dunno if this is important, but I don't work, and only get 277 USD a month for allowance. I want the best phone ofc, but will the S3 be worth it, or should I only go with S2 plus?
What I'm planning to do with the phone is; Play games. Maybe 1 - 2 HD games, since I have never played them on Android, since my current phone is a low-end one. Apps. I have currently somewhere around 50 - 70 apps. 30, give or take, of them is 1 - 3 MB, and the rest are 6 and up. Total almost 1.5 GB of apps. I used Link2SD to link them to the SD card. Internal storage of that phone is only around 100 mb.
Video playback. I want to watch movies, while, for example riding the train or bus. I ride bus to school almost everyday for 20 minutes, so it's a great timekiller. My current phone doesn't play them well, as it lags very much, but I think that either of the phones will do it well.
Normal usage. Calling, sending messages, and such. I'm no business man. I only send 2 - 3 SMS messages during a week, unless something comes up.
Yeah, that's pretty much it. The S2+ is on sale till midnight, so I want answers before then.
Thanks for taking your time.
