Don't worry guy, thank you for all. Later I just put the bootanimation into /system/media folder and then the bootanimation change. It is so cool. Thanks for share!

It's not working I pasted it on /system/media then rebooted but nothing happened I am using jokerdroid 4.2(sense based) please help

Yes, it's a different process on sense-based ROMs. I don't know the folder where exactly you have to put it in. Gonna edit this post after finding that out.

i resized all the images to 240 x 320 after extracting the zip but still not working need help
its the same as yours but resized

But it doesn't cover the whole screen but after I resized them I think it was looking quite shabby and like stretched

You can try the attached file but its not properly resized. If this is not working you can may resize it manually.

who is the author of this awesome animation? why was it retired? did the CM team requested copyright assignment and it was (very rightfully) denied?

i would like to go back to this ani. is there a FHD version? i have a nexus 5 now :(

    The official Cyanogenmod 10 bootanimation was released yesterday now i want to share it with you.



    installation1.png


    -choose wich version you want to use (bootanimation V3 fits the whole screen the other ones just a part of it)

    -install root explorer

    -rename the file to "bootanimation.zip"

    -copy the CM 10 bootanimation

    -go to "system/media" and delete the bootanimation there
    (on Sense-based ROM's you have to do the same but in the "/system/customize/resource/" folder)

    -now past the new bootanimation in the folder

    -enjoy the bootanimation of CM10 :)

    - changed CyanogenMod logo a little​

(no offense intended): this is a forum where people try to find and exchange useful reads and information around our Willy (or some entertainment at least :silly:).     working perfect and covering the whole screen and doesn't need to be resized so thanks and i think that you should put it in the OP so that every one can get full funnnn of cyabogen mod boottanimation
