Also since I have to return to blk3 do I have to flash the blk3 radio and kernel then flash stock official image or is it all included already ? Sorry for all the questions I just wanna get everything straight before I do it thanks for the help

Yes, use Triangle Away with a rooted device. I used it successfully while rooted/unlocked on Beans JB Build 15 so I know it should work on other roms like CleanRom if you're still rooted/unlocked. But you do have to be rooted for Triangle Away to work.

Odin flashing stock images flashes everything you need. It's an all in one process, all the partitions, modem, kernel, etc changed simultaneously.
