Have not test the 1.8 track pad wake on hd...but

Hey Alex thanks for 1.3, but I flashed it and after booting and inserting my pin code, phone is stuck on white screen with HTC logo, if you press off button and turn on again there is unlock screen but when you unlock always the HTC white screen only.
Tried to flash 2 times, first time on freshly partitioned SD with 1gb EXT3 partition, second time I wipe all before flashing again.
Edit : suddenly it worked but is has been sitting there for a good 20 minutes with the screen off before I could finish setup, a lot more time than 1.2. Class 6 8gb SD card.

mmhh...run good on mine...but i load up over night a version with another data2sd script...think its more speedy than this version...

Yeah for me 1.2 was more fast, this is fast when running tasks but when clicking on things there is often some little lockups.

the little lockups you mean are also on a original desire hd...i read about this in hd dev thread...and they hope a new ruu is smoother

Btw Alex, here's my report of v1.3hd v1 and v1.2hd...
v1.3hd v1 = bad experience! When I first flashed, it got to booting up, I entered my SIM pin, entered network and locale info and it just hung on the HTC white screen for over an hour. So I reflashed, this time got past full setup wizard then it started downloading all apps automatically (even ones I had uninstalled at some point because I didn't want them!) and was reeeeeeal slow, gave it another hour or so and it was just frozen. Eventually I got into settings menu and it was showing 699MB free?! It shouldn't have becaue I did NOT run the data2whatever.zip file in recovery...
v1.2hd = Better experience.... I then flashed v1.2HD (btw, this and above was with full wipes (data/cache/dalvik/batt stats) each time). This flashed fine, seemed to be fine on speed but then I started removing apps and must have removed a htc app that I should have left because it just crashed and stayed on htc boot screen. Also, tbh, I wasn't that impressed with the Sense hd options over standard Sense because it's not as if we can set up a Sense account is it, with a standard Desire? So I nandroid restored back to v1.8 and all is well.
My verdict on hd so far is I am not going to bother until a) Standard Desire owners can make use of extra HTC Sense account features and b)the freeze ups you mentioned that are in the original hd are fixed by a new ruu.
Until then, sticking to v1.8 and hopefully you will continue with this as well as HD, v1.9 to infinity and beyond! I would like to see your standard Sense ROM making use of data2whatever though, are you planning this?

Maybe format the card complete...make a fat32 at first...and than make a 1gb ext3....
or check in recovery (format sd ext..or check mount options)
or delete that command in the update script of the rom.zip

Correction: In summary V1.2HD seemed good speed for me, I haven't tried v1.3HD v2.
Oh what you CAN create an account?! And use ALL the features??? Why is this not advertised in CAPITALS by all the HD devs?! (Or have I missed it?)

Hereby I present to you the Alex-V 1.8 A2SDX and the INT2SD-S version with some little modifications by me, all credits still go to Alex though!
Works on both Stock and CM7r2 Hboots!
Last time I tried out this rom I had some difficulties with the superuser app and had a few other bugs and therefore decided to fix it up a little bit ^.^
I already included the espresso bliss theme from Alex-V in this rom, a different battery percentage icon and I've included the paginated app drawer.
Replaced the Superuser app and it's components by SuperSU, cleaned up the rom and updated the apps etc..
Try it out and let me know how it works for you!

P.S.: Still working on different mods but can't seem to get it completely right, trying to add Swype to clear notifications..
But I've been able to modify the launcher rosie button to launch "Browser" or the app LaunchKey instead of the customization menu
Through the app LaunchKey you can choose yourself which app you want to be launched
This customized Rosie.apk is not included in the rom.zip though so you'll have to push it into the rom yourself.. You can do this accordingly:
- Remove Rosie.apk
- Rename RosieBrowser.apk to Rosie.apk
- Set the permissions to rw-r-r-- (or when using INT2SD-S use rwxr-xr-x permissions, not sure if that makes any difference or not but all the system apps have that set as default in this version)

Edit3: It's uploaded and ready to download! The modified Rosie.apk should work with both versions.
Edit4: Edited the Rosie.apk so the Customize button will now launch the app "LaunchKey" through which you can set which app it will launch, now everyone can choose what he wants that button to use for after he pushed the RosieLaunchkey.apk to his system/app and removes the old Rosie.apk and sets the proper permissions11apps/mods/apk´s updated for Gingerbread Sense HD 26.06.11
