[Q] Xperia Play Z 2 Kernel?
Hi everyone! I recently (couple of months) unlock my bootloader with Loopy's method
, so I'm having no fastboot mode, which means I canīt use flashtool unless I use a ftf kernel, after trying a couple of Rom's, I found "Xperia Play Z" of MarkPhyton, wich is a excellent Rom by the way
, strongly recommended for daily use. Anyways, I'm running it (now final version 2) with Lupus Kernel, but I have fc of my statusbar, which I think is because I'm not using the correct Kernel, as Mark's suggest, I tried to do it by myself, but I'm having trouble on packing the boot.img of the rom, into a ftf file, I could split it, I have a zImage and ramdisk, but I can pack as a ftf, because I don't have linux environment, I tried with Windows+Cygwin but for know, no results. (Java issues, or something)
I'm willing to use Linux as a second partition, but for now I have a crappy conection...
Bottomline, any thougths, ideas, recommendations to do it with windows?! Or even better, does anyone have the ftf to upload!?
