[Q] 4G chinese version in the UK, will it work?

As per subject. The Chinese version supports LTE on these frequencies

FDD LTE:
800 (band 20), 1800 (band 3), 2100 (band 1), 2600 (band 7) MHz
TDD LTE:
2300 (band 40) MHz

in the UK EE, for instance, should be on

EE *United Kingdom 1800 3 FDD
EE *United Kingdom 2600 7 FDD

According to Wikipedia.

I'm not an expert unfortunately, wondering is someone more clued in can tell me if LTE would work in the UK.

I know that the US has different frequencies

Yes, it will work on band 3 and 7.

4G works in Oz and we have similar frequencies...
I have the X9077 Find 7 chinese phone.. The hardest part about using this phone is getting all the google apps installed. I put the links on the stock recovery root method thread if you need it, you flash both files through the stock recovery...
