I had same issue earlier. Stuck at boot animation even after full wipe. Did not manage to install. Coming from V3.
Factory reset.
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik.
Install zip
Fix permission.
Reboot.

does this rom have arabic support? i mean arabic menus and so not a keyboard cuz i am thinking of flashing it to my father's phone and he only uses arabic.

Yes, you can .. all settings in the settings menu. but for it can only be done one time, if you want to change or return to normal you have to flash the rom again ..

Guyz sorry for the late reply but guys I am sorry I am very busy with my medical studies and may be I won't able to update the rom in the coming months due to my hectic schedule.

6. After the Recovery restarts, Wipe Cache .
7. Reboot
