[Q] flashing recovery error

picked up a new atrix hd to play with.
used myth tools to root and unlock and flash recovery.

ive tried the philz and the cmr that come with mythtools
and the philz and cmr from their respective sites

all of them show up as the android with his chest open and the exclamation point over him when i try to boot into recovery. what am i missing here?

edit scratch that i didnt allow su access to root checker. when i did it says root complete. i cant rename install-recovery.sh to install-recovery.sh.bak

figured it out i think.

updated es explorer and was able to rename the folder and used adb to flash philz touch 6.19.3 mb886 and it works now.


moral of the story. keep ****ing with it till you figure it out.:good:
