I don't know, but I think I didn't get the whole concept of the two Rom-Versions.
I have cm7r2 hboot, so I thought that the Data++ version is right for me. Is that correct?
"User apps, System apps & dalvik-cache moved to sd-ext in both builds" it says in the first post,
but A2SD didn't work (probably because it isn't there in this version?), so after installing whatsapp 33 of 133MB internal space were used...
I'm back to MildWild 5.0 for now although the charging bug keeps freeking me out.
Have you tried mount2sd? I used to use that when I had a desire. Best option is to replace the scrips in rom before flashing.

A2sd is faster and better, already in the rom u don't need to activate it.

Auto-brightness tweak is done...
Auto-brightness is a real good feature, but the brightness is often ways to high.
The needed settings are into the framework-res.apk. I tweaked the original framework from Lees 3.3.1 ROM and build three different versions. In all versions the settings from HTC are tweaked to a lower level. To compare the versions in dependence to the original settings, i made a diagram. Simply see the picture to compare the versions....
What you get:
- Because of the fact, that this settings are stored in framework-res.apk, you will loose your UOT-Theme by flashing this. You will get the original Lee-Style with tweaked auto-brightness.
- If you want a Theme, simply upload the framework-res.apk and the SystemUi.apk from the zip-file to UOT and flash the files. You will get tweaked auto-brightness and your personal theme
- You should save battery, cause the display is the most power consuming thing in our devices...
- In the dark you should have it lot "eye gentler"
-minimum brightness is set a lot lower, max brightness is as high as always.
If you want to go back, you have to flash a older UOT-Theme for Leedroid 3.3.x or reflash the ROM. If somebody wants to go back to the original settings and framework without flashing the ROM again, contact me and i will provide a flashable zipfile here.
note:
-A nandroid is recommended prior flashing...
-The first boot will take longer, cause of dalvik-cache rebuild.
-Don't mix versions, use the version build for your ROM
-data++ edition not tested, but should work
-please report errors...

- data ++ and a2sd+ is supported
- works best with new snq-kernel from here
- since kernel bravo-2.6.35.14-snq-110918-lsmod1 snq added a tweak to lightsensor driver/kernel to provide us with 10 brightness levels (htc used only a few of them) - thanks to snq and tobi01001!
- dark+ provides you darker brightness in the dark and highest brightness for example in direct sunlight. It is tested in- and outdoor. The values are tweaked to provide as smooth as possible brightness change.
- look into the provided diagram to compare the versions.
Of course you can use dark1-3 with the new kernel too!

Dalvik2nand is provided by Lee (Download in OP and attached here)
The dalvik-cache in data++ and a2sd+ Roms is on SD-ext by default. You don't have to flash the dalvik2ext patch. Dalvik on ext is implemented into the ROM by Lee!
If you move your dalvik to nand and have to go back, you have to flash the ROM again? No, you have not. Simply flash the attached dalvik2ext.zip to restore the original behavior.
What you get with dalvik on nand:
Dalvik-cache on nand gives you a bit faster ROM, but costs you space in /data. I recommend to test it yourself, if the space in /data gets low with it, you can now easily go back.
I recommend to use dalvik on nand only with the data++ build on CM7 r2 hboot.

Move-dalivk-to-data.zip: move dalvik-cache to nand
dalvik2ext.zip: move dalvik-cache to sd-ext
Please think about:

I modded the Notification Pulldown Window. You can choose between 3 different versions:
- Disable_QuickSetting.zip: Disable the Quick Settings Tab in notification window, recent apps are still present
- Disable_RecentApps.zip: Disable the recent apps in notification window, Quick Settings Tab is still present
- Disable_RecentApps_and_QuickSettings.zip: Disable the recent apps and Quick Settings Tab (like in Sense 1.0)
Tested all files on my own... If you want to go back to the original behaviour use Enable_RecentApps_and_QuickSettings.zip
what you need to know:
- works on 2.50.405.2 port (Leedroid HD 3.3.x Rom)
- flash in recovery
- nandroid is recommended
- a2sd+ and data++ rom is supported
- if you are on ext4 or if you dont get it flashed successful , mount sd-ext in recovery prior flash
- write back, if you need help
what else:
- No Transparency edition here
- you will loose your uot-theme partially if you flash this - you need to build it new with this file (Standard-Leedroid Icons are used in my file)
- you can use this with my autobrightness mod - flash at first the autobrightness mod and then this one
- If you want your own Notification Power Buttons or other apps in the Notification Pulldown Window, i recommend to use a app called "Widgetsoid" from market.
