It seems as though I spoke too soon. Phone calls do NOT come through my headphones at all. I have to unplug them before make or accept a phone call.

I'm a Swiftkey user and I can not complete the installation because it keeps crashing Settings. I got around it a bit by manually going into settings and enabling it there, but it periodically pops a notification to me saying Swiftkey won't run properly until the setup is complete (it does...I just can't personalize or theme it.)

First time PAC MAN flasher here...

One obserervation: I am stuck on "Searching for GPS..." when putting Google maps into Navigation mode. This seems to be common on CM based roms for the s4? Is there a work around...or a specific kernel I should flash?

Question for PA and PAC users...

How are you using the Pie feature with the S4? Any best practices out there? Its looks very cool..I am just not sure about the utility of it.

Beautiful Rom. Just amazing. Anyone know how to change lock screen weather to Fahrenheit?

Yes, GPS is known issue.

Decided to give the nightly build a shot and I'm really liking how clean this rom is compared to touchwiz. The GPS issue is a bit annoying, but I haven't come across any other major bugs (minor one - when granting root access, if you press 'forever' before it counts down the timer on allow ticks down with the default radio button, then click allow it will actually deny).

Hopefully GPS gets fixed soon because I was planning on using it tomorrow.

I have tried flashing pac prior to this release, and the dialer was not working once the call was in place. So no way to end the call etc. Had to reset the phone or wait for the other person to hang up. Im about to flash this, dont think this will be a problem anymore since no one has reported it here. Came from RazrHD and ran Pac as my DD and it was by far my fav! So thanks for this.

Also I had the same problem with swiftkey on the Razr HD, try to clear data under settings/apps and/or wiping cache n dalvik in recovery, fix permissions and reboot. That worked for me, I will try it on the GS4 now.

Go into Settings\System (in Customization)\Clock Widget\Weather Panel and uncheck Use metric. It will change to Fahrenheit on the next update of the widget (default = 30 minutes.)

After using the ROM all day, I've found the no-voice on calls completely random and entirely frustrating. You're never sure when you answer a call if you're going to be able to hear the person on the other end. As much as I love the tweaks in a custom ROM, my phone has to work as a phone first. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Thanks for the tip regarding Swiftkey. I just went ahead and cleared data in settings\apps. I didn't need to wipe, reboot, or anything else.

You realize youve asked this in every thread that pertains to original development? Those features are cool but non essential and if you like them you should check out Scotts Rom for a Touch Wiz experience sir.

I havent had any problems with voice calls on this build so far... I am using KT Kernal with it, maybe try to flash it and see if it fixes your problem. II dont think I'll be flashing any other roms except pac from now on, unless theres something that incorporates even more options/tweaking/performance etc.. Every build so far has been running perfectly, not one random reboot(except from OC too much), no FC!!! :good:

BTW, flashed this rom last night and set it up this morning. Short of the known cm bugs this is running awesome for me. Love having my pac back!! This is my DD on my nexus 7 and was on my last phone, gs2.

For some reason, the haptic feedback in the aosp keyboard is set way low. You can manually edit that from the keyboards advanced settings menu. It is set to 5ms and 15ms feels just about right to me.

Hmmm, I was about to download the latest nightly, then I saw it was almost 90mb lighter then all the other previous versions. Think I will hold off LOL

An oddity. The lock screen only unlocks if you swipe out on the top half of the circle. I notice in the lock screen short cuts there are only open spots on the top. On my nexus 7 (also running pacman) there are targets all around the ring and can swipe in any direction to unlock.

    It was an issue with someone pushing a commit to the build tree during the repo sync. It should be sorted out for tonight's nightly, but I will make my own and upload it just in case of any issues!
